Registration Instructions
Members will register in the Member Portal by clicking the “Event” tab at the top and choosing the 2024 Conference. If you are registering for the Conference + Leadership, you will choose the 2024 Conference Event. If you are registering for Leadership Only, you will select 2024 Leadership.
Registration Policies
LIMITED AVAILABILITY: Attendees will choose their workshops when they register (or once the schedule is posted). Workshops will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may fill up. Please register for your sessions as soon as possible - you will be able to make changes if needed.
Registration for AMHCA’s 2024 Annual Conference will be open online until Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 9pm EDT/6pm PDT.
Regular Price Tickets purchased on or before May 31, 2024:
You may request a refund of your registration within 3 (three) business days of purchase. After 3 (three) business days, refunds will not be provided for any 2024 Annual Conference passes or bundles. Registered attendees may transfer their ticket to another AMHCA member in good standing on or before May 31, 2024. The membership included in a non-member bundle was activated immediately upon registering and is therefore not transferrable or refundable. AMHCA regrets that it does not provide refunds for no shows.
Last-Minute Tickets purchased from June 1 – 12, 2024:
No refunds will be provided for any last minute tickets for any reason. AMHCA regrets that it does not provide refunds for no shows.
Individual CE certificates will be awarded for each session attended. No partial CE credit will be given. Any attendee missing more than 15 minutes of a presentation will not be awarded CE credit. Any attendee who is not signed into the session on the attendance form will not receive credit. CE certificates will be added to the attendees’ AMHCA user portal at www.amhca.org on or before July 15, 2024. AMHCA does not submit CEs on your behalf to alternate sites such as licensure boards, CE Broker, etc. For more information on AMHCA’s Approved Continuing Education Provider status, please visit: https://www.amhca.org/conference/registration/ce.
Conference attendees should be aware that the sessions they attend may be recorded. AMHCA retains the exclusive right to copy, distribute, publish, reproduce, and/or sell any session recording during the 2024 AMHCA Annual Conference. Recording by any attendee of any sounds or visual images, and use of any recording device or medium now known, or later developed, is prohibited at all AMHCA seminars and conferences or other training events unless prior written permission has been expressly granted by AMHCA.
