Experience in teaching counseling, psychology, education, ethics, and leadership at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
Experience designing, developing, and implementing distance-based learning technologies; utilizing distance-based learning technologies; managing technology based learning tools; transforming curriculum for distance-based learning environment; managing/over-seeing institutional technologies; teaching technology courses; assessment and evaluation related qualifications
Experience designing instruments to capture and analyze all measurable aspects of student development; conducting longitudinal studies of graduates, supervisors and other external stakeholders; designing and conduction broad based institutional assessment instruments to analyze student learning, and faculty and curriculum effectiveness; designing, implementing and monitoring institutional effectiveness plans; addressing accreditation process for initial and continuing accreditation; designing, conducting and analyzing research for research, planning, and institutional accountability; administering, completing, and distributing federal, state, accreditation and rankings surveys and reports.
