About the Event:

Therapists are trained to be an empath. What happens when your empathy meter reads zero. Taking the time to understand the difference between therapy burnout and compassion fatigue are they the same and how can we really know where we are. Some things we will cover briefly are the parasympathetic nervous system and burnout. The therapist need to increase wellness before they are crying uncle, and finding balance in an unbalanced world.
