CLIPER - AMHCA's New Portability Plan

The American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) has proposed a new Portability plan to help guide State Legislatures and State Licensure Counseling Boards to best address the needs of people with mental health conditions and clinical mental health counselors around the country. Join AMHCA's Executive Director and CEO, Joel Miller, live as he discusses the new plan.
The new proposal called the “Counselor Licensure Interstate Portability Endorsement and Reciprocity” (CLIPER) Plan can be used by state chapter leaders to engage state officials responsible for portability-related legislation and rules.
