All 2011 AMHCA Conference Sponsors are recognized in promotional materials, on the conference section of the AMHCA Web site and at the event in printed materials, from the podium and on signage. Priority recognition is given to our package sponsors. A sponsor’s package level is determined by totaling all contributions to the conference in the form of exhibit space, conference advertising, cash contributions and individual conference sponsorships.

Keynote Speaker & Keynote Workshop $1,500 ONE SOLD! ONE REMAINS!
Make a lasting impression during the 2011 AMHCA Conference by sponsoring this high-profile event during the General Session on Friday morning. Over 90% of conference registrants will attend the keynote session.
This exclusive sponsorship includes the following benefits:
- Sponsor’s name and logo projected on-screen at the opening of the Keynote session.
- Company representative will be invited on stage during the keynote session as a thank you and to speak to the audience for five minutes about your company.
- Opportunity to place corporate identity materials on chairs of attendees at the Keynote Session. (Material must be provided by the sponsor and approved in advance by AMHCA.)
- Acknowledgment of sponsorship support during a general session (over 300 attendees will be present)
Opening Reception $795
Kick off the convention in class as you sponsor this opening reception on Thursday evening. Extremely well-attended (by both convention attendees and the Annual Leadership Training attendees) your sponsorship includes a small table where you can distribute marketing materials; signage will include your name and logo. Exposure to attendees is excellent as they gear up for the convention at-hand.

Registration Bag Insert, $375
Place one marketing piece in the conference registration bag. With an expected attendance of over 300, this is an excellent way to bring welcomed exposure to the AMHCA attendees. (Insert must be in San Francisco by 7/11/11.)
Registration Badge Pre-Conference Mailing: $150 (limited to 3) SOLD OUT!
Provide an insert in this pre-conference mailing and receive the undivided attention of attendees. Design a full-page ad or provide us with an 8.5x11 marketing piece. Welcome attendees to the conference—invite them to visit your exhibit booth—offer them a show discount on your service/product. (Insert must be to AMHCA by 6/1/11.)
Registration Brochure Advertising $1250/each SOLD OUT!
Place your ad in the hands of nearly 6,000 Mental Health Counselors—whether they attend the conference or not! Each registration brochure has space for a four-color, two-thirds page, horizontal ad (no bleed) on the back cover. One Brochure will be mailed in February 2011; the second closer to the July conference date. (Contact for size specifications for 2/3 Horizontal.) (First insertion order due 2/1/11. Conference Program Advertising
The on-site program is a highly efficient tool for enhancing your image and raising your visibility with this network of counselors. Your advertising dollars are leveraged as our members and attendees reach thousands of patients, clients and students each year! The conference program is distributed to the over 300 attendees.
Advertising space in the program is an effective and inexpensive way to reach a wide sales market. Because the attendees leaf through the catalog continuously during the conference, the constant exposure to the advertising provides excellent benefits for those companies and/or schools who place ads in the publication.
