AMHCA Responds to Effects of Superstorm Sandy 11/01/12

Alexandria, VA - November 1, 2012 - The American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) extends our sympathy to all those affected by Superstorm Sandy. For quick access to information about Red Cross relief efforts, AMHCA has provided a link to the Red Cross from the association’s homepage,

“The Red Cross needs both blood and financial donations as this large response effort will continue over the next several weeks,” said Charley Shimanski, senior vice president of Disaster Services for the Red Cross.

The Salvation Army: Individuals can donate $10 to the Salvation Army by texting “STORM” to 80888.
