Registration Info & Policies

LIMITED AVAILABILITY: Online registrants will choose their workshops when they register. Workshops will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may fill up.

NO REFUNDS. Registrations may be transferred to another conference participant. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to The request must be submitted by the original registrant and include the name and contact information (including email address) of the substitute. The substitute must qualify for the same rates as the original registration (for example a general attendee cannot be a substitute for a student). The deadline for submitting substitutions is May 31, 2020, 11:59 PM EST. Beginning April 1, 2020, there will be a $25 fee for all transfers. All ticket transfers through March 31, 2020 can be completed at no charge.


Since we have reduced our registration rates for 2020 we have created the following options to handle the leftover balance you have paid to AMHCA.

  1. Balance will be applied to the 2021 Conference and any additional funds credited toward membership renewal.
  2. Balance will be applied to your membership renewal and any additional funds refunded or donated to AMHCA.
  3. Balance will be gifted to AMHCA as a donation (to be used to help other attendees with hardships, donated to AMHCA Foundation, or other AMHCA funds).
