Service to Consumers, Members or Outstanding State Chapter: This award is given to the state chapter with documented activities in one of three categories.

Any state president (or their designee) must submit materials documenting activities and a brief statement indicating why their state chapter should receive an award in the category.

Awards nominations window is open in Spring

1. Submit a letter of nomination (no longer than 2 pages) describing the activities/publications/services provided and indicating, in specific terms, why the state chapter is outstanding.
2. Include a copy of published materials pertaining to the item nominated.
3. Specify on all materials the award for which the nomination is being made.
