Outstanding State Chapter Award

Purpose

This award is given to the state chapter with documented activities in being outstanding.

Criteria

  1. Submit a letter of nomination (no longer than 2 pages) describing the activities/publications/services provided and indicating, in specific terms, why the state
    chapter is outstanding.
  2. Include a copy of published materials pertaining to the item nominated.

Procedure

Any state president (or their designee) must submit materials documenting activities and a brief statement indicating why their state chapter should receive an award in the category.
