FACEBOOK LIVE: Managing Value Conflicts Post-2020 Election

Event Image
When:  Nov 13, 2020 from 13:00 to 14:30 (ET)

2020 has been a year like no other. The global pandemic, social unrest surrounding racial inequities, and concerns surrounding the presidential election and its aftermath, have combined to produce high levels of stress for our members and those we serve.

ACES and AMHCA are partnering to host a panel discussion aimed at managing value conflicts post-election.  We will have panelists who represent various marginalized groups discuss their ideas regarding boundaries and parameters in our work settings along with ways to stay present and manage the uncertainty of these difficult times.

The panel discussion will focus on the boundaries/parameters we think are workable within our program perspectives and around self-regulation and staying present with clients, colleagues and students in the face of uncertainty, collective grief, and/or value conflicts.

Please join us for this very important conversation!
