AMHCA 2022 Volunteer Opportunities
AMHCA has volunteer opportunities available during our Annual Conference and we would love for you to attend! You are welcome to attend the breakout sessions as a normal attendee and participate as you see fit. As a volunteer, you will be responsible for monitoring attendance while you’re in the session. The sign-in sheet will be passed around at the beginning of the session and you’ll just simply indicate if someone comes in more than 15 minutes late or leaves more than 15 minutes early. Since you’re able to participate please be sure to select sessions that interest you!
There are 4 time options, each has multiple courses:
Wednesday, June 22: Pre-Conference (8am – 12pm with break around 10) *NOTE: This time slot conflicts with State Chapter Leadership training. If you are planning to attend Leadership, please choose another date!
Wednesday, June 22: Breakouts 1 & 2 (2pm – 6pm with break at 3:30)
Thursday, June 23: Breakouts 1, 2 & 3 (9am – 4:30pm with breaks, plenary and lunch and learn)
Friday, June 24: Breakouts 1, 2 & 3 (9am – 4:30pm with breaks, plenary and lunch and learn)
For Thursday and Friday, volunteer assistance is only needed during the breakouts – you are free to attend the keynote or lunch and learn as you normally would.

Once you have signed up using our SignUpGenius form, AMHCA’s Director of Events, Rebecca, will reach out to you by email to coordinate your discounted registration. Registration must be finalized within 7 calendar days of signup – after that your block will be released.
