AMHCA members are reaching out to the university as well as supporting the entire community around the Northern Illinois University.
Dr. Gary G. Gintner, AMHCA President, has stated, "We are shocked and saddened by yet another university shooting and heavy loss of life."
Again, we have all been reminded of the importance of mental health awareness and the serious consequences which can result from poor mental health literacy.
