American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) celebrates the first-ever Mental Health Awareness Day on May 7.
To recognize the Mental Health Awareness Day is just one way to bring attention to the importance of mental health and its distinction from the mental illness. It is one of the activities organized during the month of May, nationally recognized as Mental Health Month; such as: Mental Health Week and the March for Mental Health. (The latest organized by AMHCA and AMHCA Foundation.)
Come to celebrate with us and recognize May 7 as the first-ever Mental Health Awareness Day!
