Alexandria, VA - April 20, 2009 - AMHCA is pleased to announce the arrival of Julie A. Clements, JD, as the new Director of Legislative Affairs. Previously, Clements served as legislative director for MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving). She has had various responsibilities on Capitol Hill and worked as an intern for the National Coalition on Health Care and the Carter Center.
