AMHCA Partner CPH Increases Liability Policy Benefits

Beginning September 1, 2010, policyholders with AMHCA partner CPH and Associates will automatically receive increases in coverage on their professional liability insurance policies.

August 31, 2010 - Alexandria, VA - The American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) announced that, beginning September 1, 2010, policyholders with AMHCA partner CPH and Associates will automatically receive increases in coverage on their professional liability insurance policies.

The following coverage benefits are enhanced:
State Licensing Board Expense Coverage: increased limits from $25,000 to $35,000 per policy period, plus new options to increase limits to $75,000 or $100,000 per year at an additional premium.
Deposition Expense Coverage: Increased from $5,000 per deposition/$15,000 per policy period to $10,000 per deposition/ $35,000 per policy period.
First Aid Coverage: Increased from $2,500 to $5,000 per policy period
Assault Coverage: Increased from $5,000 to $15,000 per policy period

These changes are effective automatically for current CPH and Associates policyholders, and are provided at no additional premium.
