Comment Period for Revisions to Bylaws Now Open Thru August 27, 2021

By Whitney Meyerhoeffer posted 07-30-2021 10:41

The AMHCA Bylaws provide the governing structure for the organization. The bylaws are periodically amended to ensure the mission and vision of AMHCA will be fulfilled in a strategic manner.

There are seven proposed amendments to the AMHCA Bylaws that the Board of Directors is recommending. Please follow the link below to review the current bylaws, the proposed revision, and to submit comments.  We encourage comments from members as well as official comments of a group or organization on all aspects of the proposed revisions. The comment period will close August 27, 2021.

You can submit your comments through our online form at

Each page allows for eight separate entries; if the submitter is interested in making additional suggestions, they should submit the first eight, and will then be given the option to return to the submission screen.

We recommend composing your comments in a word processor on your computer before starting here, then copying and pasting the text into the comment boxes.

For AMHCA Current Bylaws (approved June 2020), proposed revisions and comment form go to:
