DIRECT YOUR BALANCE
Going virtual allows us to bring you more benefits to enhance your conference experience such as lower prices and an integrated conference app!

Since we have reduced our registration rates for 2020 we have created the following options to handle the leftover balance you have paid to AMHCA.

Your options for directing the balance of your registration fees are:
  1. Option 1: I would like to transfer my entire 2021 ticket to 2022. (Issued within 7 business days)
  2. Option 2: I would like to keep my balance as a credit on my AMHCA account and receive an additional $25 BONUS credit! (Issued within 7 business days)
  3. Option 3: I would like to keep my balance as a credit on my AMHCA account and also receive a discount on my membership renewal! (Issued within 7 business days)
  4. Option 4: I would like to apply my balance toward a 2021 & 2022 combo conference ticket! (Issued within 7 business days)
  5. Option 5: I would like a refund of my balance

**Daily and weekly tickets not available in 21/22 combo form.

**Daily and weekly tickets not available for bundle with Leadership or Pre-Conference (Full Conference pass only)

**Daily and weekly tickets do not include registration to AMHCA’s 2021 Fall Summit, November 1-5, 2021


LIMITED AVAILABILITY: 
Attendees will choose their workshops when they register. Workshops will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may fill up. Please register for your sessions as soon as possible - you will be able to make changes if needed.


REFUND AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY: 

Cancellations will be accepted through December 31, 2020. No ticket transfers will be allowed. You may cancel your registration within 5 business days of your order without a cancellation fee. After 5 business days, cancellation fees will be charged using the following calendar:

Requests made after 5 business days during July 1 - September 30 incur a 25% admin fee (75% refunded).

Requests made after 5 business days during October 1 - December 31 incur a 50% admin fee (50% refunded).

Any requests made after December 31 will not be refunded.

 

 

Members will register by signing in via MemberSuite and clicking the “Event” tab at the top and choosing the 2021 Conference.   If you are registering for the Conference + Leadership, you will choose the 2021 Conference Event. If you are registering for Leadership Only, you will select 2021 Leadership.




The American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) Annual Conference is the only national professional conference for licensed mental health counselors. AMHCA members, mental health counseling students, and other mental health professionals are invited to present their research and share their expertise at this conference. Take this opportunity to get involved and share your work with your colleagues.
