Goals
- Conduct formal and information need assessments with the Board of Directors and membership wtihin the first quarter of fiscal year.
- Promote Cultural Competencies of Behavioral Healthcare Providers by implementing relevant training events at least four times within two years.
- Seek to incorporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into at least two domains of AMHCA with partnership within two years.
- Publicly acknowledge the efforts, celebrations, and alignment of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to Mental Healthcare four times within two years.
